Roadtrip around the Arcachon Basin

The Gironde is a popular region for tourists. It is renowned for its cultural heritage and natural sites.

This tour will help you discover the Gironde department from every angle.

You'll start with the commune of Mios (oceanic climate transition zone, mountain...), then you'll move on to Cazaux with the famous Dune du Pyla. Then you'll continue on your way via Gujan-Mestras and Andernos-les-Bains, with its historic cultural heritage.

But your route doesn't stop there! You'll continue your tour via La Grigne (the Porge), the essential step for all sports and water sports enthusiasts. The following stages are Montalivet and Soulac-sur-Mer. These towns are very popular during the summer months, particularly for their miles of beach and their villas. Finally, you'll head to Talais, a village that is typically medocain.
