Follow the Olympic Flame
by motorhome from Nice to Paris!

  The Olympic flame for the Paris 2024 Games is travelling across France, bringing a unique festive and sporting atmosphere to every stop. The event, which starts in Greece on 16 April and arrives in Paris on 26 July, is an exceptional opportunity to discover France's treasures and enjoy the festivities. 

  For campervan drivers, Reseau Aire Services invites you to make the most of this adventure by staying in one of our service areas along the route. On our map of service areas, you'll also be able to follow the flame as it passes through each stage town, which will be represented by the symbol opposite.

Villeneuve-Loubet

The service area at the 4* "La Vieille Ferme" campsite in Villeneuve-Loubet is an ideal destination for campervan owners wishing to explore the Côte d'Azur region, but also to be present when the flame passes through Nice on 18 June.

Comps

The Comps reception area with pay car park is an excellent destination for motorhomers wishing to discover the Provencal region, while being present at the passage of the Olympic flame in Avignon on 19 June. Situated on the banks of the Gardon river, Comps is a charming village with picturesque views over the surrounding countryside.

Isère bridge

The service area on the Pont de l'Isère motorway will be perfect for refuelling and resting before or after watching the torch relay in Valence on 20 June.

Saint-Galmier

The service area at the "Val de Coise" Campéole campsite in Saint-Galmier will give you the chance to take a break and discover the town's culture and heritage, as well as watching the torch relay in Saint-Étienne on 22 June.

Besançon

The reception area in Besançon, with paid parking, will welcome you to enjoy the festivities as the flame passes through the city on 25 June. It will also be an opportunity for you to discover the city.

Saint-Dizier

The reception area with free parking at Saint-Dizier will be ideal for campervanners wanting to see the Olympic flame pass through on 28 June, as well as visiting the town to recharge their batteries and stock up on goodies.

Chamery

The Chamery reception area with free parking is a town criss-crossed by a number of tourist routes that you'll be delighted to discover. What's more, the Olympic flame will pass through Reims on 30 June.

Comines

The Comines area, with its pay car park, is the perfect place to discover a host of monuments, such as the church of Comines, the church of Comines, the church of Comines, the church of Comines and the church of Comines.glise Saint-Chrysole, The calvaire de la route de Wervicq or even The chapel Notre-Dame-Du-Rosaire. Finally, the flame will be passed through Lille on 2 July.

Lens

Lens has a service area with free parking, so you can relax and enjoy the town's heritage, which includes an art gallery and several monuments such as the Saint-Léger church and other religious buildings. Finally, the Olympic flame will also pass through the town on 3 July.

Saint-Romain-de-Colbosc

This supermarket service area is in Saint-Romain-de-Colbosc. You can stop here to fill up and do a bit of shopping. The Olympic flame will pass through Le Havre in July.

Blois

The motorhome park in Blois will be ideal to welcome you during this festive period. As well as seeing the Olympic flame pass through its gates on 8 July, this town also boasts a wealth of architecture and landscapes that you'll be delighted to admire, from its castle to its medieval streets.ardins de l'Évêché.

La Chapelle Saint Mesmin

Come and relax in the pay-parking area at La Chapelle Saint Mesmin, a town offering a multitude of activities, not to mention its exceptional setting and UNESCO World Heritage monuments. Finally, on 10 July, the Olympic flame will pass through Orléans.

Dijon

The service area at the Lac Kir campsite in Dijon will be open when you come to stay in the city, whether to visit, sample the local flavours or watch the Olympic torch relay on 12 July.

Pont-Sainte-Marie

While you're on your way to see the Olympic flame, you can also visit the Pont-Sainte-Marie reception area, where you can park for a fee (reservation required).  The town boasts a rich historical heritage, including the magnificent 16th-century Saint-Julien church and the Château de Saint-Mesmin. The Olympic flame will pass through Troyes, just a few kilometres away, on 13 July.

Beauvais

The Beauvais reception area with free parking will be the ideal place to discover the Musée Départemental de l'Oise and its impressive National Tapestry Gallery, as well as other monuments. Finally, this is also where the Olympic flame will pass through on 18 July.
