Le Champ-Saint-Père is a village in the Vendée. The village is also part of the wine route: Vins "dits de Mareuil" The first vines are said to have been introduced by Cardinal Richelieu, hence the name "Vins du Cardinal". There are many walks, cycle rides and horse rides around Lac de Graon.

The market takes place on Thursdays from 8am to 1pm in the church square.
